Shipping Options

We offer 2 shipping options to UK/Britain, first option is “UPS Expedited” and the second is “UPS Express Saver”. It does not really matter which you choose, both have home delivery. Main difference is the shipping speed. Please note that you may have to pay tax when the packet arrives to your country. We have removed the tax from our side so you don’t have to pay the tax twice! We sadly cannot ship live ants.

Shipping Time Frame

UPS Expedited usually delivers the packet to customer in 6-9  workdays. UPS Express Saver delivers the packet in 2-5 workdays. 

Shipping Guarantees

We cannot guarantee anything to left of the world as there are so many countries. All orders we have shipped to many countries like Russia, Japan etc and all have been ok!

We sadly cannot ship live ants to UK/Britain due to Brexit, we are trying to figure out the legality of live ant transport.

UPS Standard usually delivers the packet to customer in 3-8 workdays. UPS Express delivers the packet in 1-2 workdays. 

Shipping Guarantees

We guarantee the safe arrival of the package, meaning that if your product does not arrive or arrives broken we will refund that product. Also we do not ship live ants so we are not offering a live arrival guarantee. Please note that as the same in all other countries we are not capable of refunding the shipment costs!

 

General TOS

We have compiled our TOS so that you can easily understand it!

* SHIPPING
If your product arrives damaged and has a guarantee that has been specified in “Shipping TOS” you will be provided an option for a refund or an option to have your items redelivered without any additional cost. If you choose the refund you will be refunded according to the severity of the damage. If example your ants fully died in post we will offer you a full refund excluding the ants. This varies case by case, just please contact us ASAP your live arrival guarantee will be voided 12 hours after the delivery, missing a delivery attempt (if home delivery is included) will void the guarantee!

* Modifications to our products

You are free to modify the product you bought from us, you may remove anything you want from it as long as you do not represent it as your own nest. Copying of our nests is not allowed and will lead to us banning you from buying our products! We will also void all guarantees, as we cant verify if a nest breaks due to modifications .

If you modify our nests and post to Instagram please tag us as we like to see how people modify the nests!

* Refunds

Refunds will be processed in a week after requesting it (this time can be extended in certain situations (if we are on a break). You will be provided with the full or part refund of your products, unfortunately we are not able to refund shipping costs as they are already lost to the shipping company, we can sometimes compensate the non-refunded shipping costs as a coupon or extra product!
